I have been involved in real estate since 2003, when I began working  with private developers in NYC. Two years later, I joined Nest Seekers  as a member of a top-producing residential sales team. I subsequently  served as Managing Director of a hedge fund management team, where I  developed my expertise and developed a passion for exemplary service.

Karen  started her career in Real Estate investing on her own behalf on single  family homes in Jersey City. Karen acquired, renovated, and  sold over 20 homes prior to deciding her passion was representing buyers  and sellers in all types of transactions.  Karen employs a very personal and full service approach to  her buyers. She understands the magnitude of importance and stress  levels associated with a client’s first time home purchase or a move up  to a dream home from an existing home owner. She will patiently and  tirelessly work to find the perfect home for her clients. Her job does  not stop there though as Karen has organized a support team that  includes tradesmen to include appliance sales, floor covering,  interior/exterior painting, and landscape maintenance and installation.  Her goal is to be there to support her clients throughout the home  buying experience to include after the closing. 

Karen's personal  interests include running, hiking near the ocean, food and wine, and  spending time with her family and friends. She is a graduate of St  Mary's College with a BS Degree in Accounting.
